Terms & Conditions – Multi-Sport Academy

1. General Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of all services offered by the Academy, including but not limited to Cricket Academy training, Cricket Ground rentals, Practice Pitch use, Box Cricket, and Pickleball facilities.
By registering for any service, making a booking, or using the facilities, users agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

All participants must be above 6 years of age.
Minors must be registered by a parent or legal guardian who consents to all terms on their behalf.

By signing this document or completing registration, the participant or their guardian declares the trainee is medically fit to participate in sports activities offered by the Academy.
The Academy is not liable for any injury or medical issue arising due to undeclared health conditions.

Trainees must carry their own full cricket kit. The Academy provides infrastructure only (nets, balls, wickets, matting, etc.).
Dress code: white cricket attire is mandatory for all training sessions.
Timings, fees, and coach assignments are subject to change based on operational needs.
Selection in tournaments is not guaranteed. Participation in external matches must be approved in writing.

Bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance via official channels.
Users are responsible for adhering to scheduled times and vacating premises punctually.
The Academy reserves the right to cancel ground/pitch bookings due to weather or maintenance without prior notice. Refunds/credits will be issued in such cases.

Proper non-marking sports shoes and attire are mandatory.
Participants must comply with equipment usage and conduct guidelines.
Bookings are first-come, first-served and may be subject to time restrictions or limitations.

All users must maintain respectful behavior towards coaches, staff, and fellow participants.
Disruptive conduct, property damage, or violation of rules may result in expulsion or permanent suspension without refund.
Respect for schedule, cleanliness, and facility norms is mandatory.

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of confirmation.
Cancellations initiated by the Academy will be eligible for full refunds or session rescheduling.
User-requested cancellations will be evaluated case-by-case. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Fees must be paid within 10 days of each month/quarter. Late payments attract Rs. 50/day penalty.

Participation in physical activities involves inherent risks. The Academy is not liable for any injuries sustained during use of facilities or services.
Emergency first aid may be administered by trained staff, and medical services may be called as needed. Any costs incurred will be borne by the trainee or guardian.
Users are encouraged to maintain personal accident and health insurance.

The Academy is not responsible for supervision outside designated coaching or play hours.
Parents/guardians must ensure safe drop-off and pick-up of minors.
Loss or theft of personal belongings, including gear or valuables, is not the responsibility of the Academy.
By entering or being present on the premises, you provide your consent to the use of CCTV monitoring and recording for purposes including safety, security, monitoring, and compliance with applicable laws. All footage may be stored and, when necessary, shared with law enforcement or relevant authorities under legal requirements.

Prolonged unnotified absence (over 1 month) may lead to suspension. Two months of unexcused absence may lead to cancellation.
Re-admission is subject to availability and payment of applicable dues or fresh admission fees.
If the Academy shuts down temporarily or permanently, any unutilized fees will be refunded without additional liability.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ludhiana, Punjab.
The Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.
